Clock form springs are designed to apply torsional force as they rotate in a circular direction. In most cases, clock form springs are manufactured from flat spring steel material rather than wire, allowing for increased loading in confined space. Force is applied to the outer diameter pick up point of the spring, as the inner diameter rotates around a given axis. Clock Form Springs are custom manufactured to order, sample or specification. We're able to supply several brands of Die Springs including Raymond and Tohatsu at a competitive rate, usually within 24 hours. Tohatsu springs are available in both an ISO and JIS range. Torsion Springs can be manufactured in either a right hand or left hand helix. They are designed to apply force when one leg is turned relative to the other. We can manufacture torsion springs in a wire range from 0.30mm to 20mm wire sizes. These can be made in varied configurations allowing for internal diameter, pitch, and body lengths to suit your requirements. There are generally two types of torsion springs regularly used in industry - Single and Double torsion. We have the ability to manufacture both spring types utilizing our modern CNC production equipment.
