Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Bell Springs ships products Australia wide. Shipping costs will be determined by your order amount and will be added to the order total before checkout.
All orders $50.00 and under will incur a shipping cost of $15.00.
All orders $50.00 and over, will incur a shipping cost of $20.00.
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours provided goods are in stock at the time of order. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
We will not be dispatching any order over the Xmas break- 23rd Dec 2020 -18th Jan 2021.
Refunds:
Please choose carefully. No refunds on Custom Manufacturing. For all other products, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not conform to specification.
